Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A booking remains in Pending Payment status for 10 minutes from the time of booking creation.
• If payment is not completed within 10 minutes, the booking will automatically expire and the reserved slot will become available for other users.
• Pending Payment: The booking is valid only until the payment deadline. No manual cancellation is required.
• Payment Completed / Confirmed: The booking cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

• Once payment has been completed and the booking status is Confirmed, the booking is non-cancellable.
• No refund will be provided for a confirmed booking under any circumstances.

• No refunds are available for confirmed bookings.
• Any amount paid towards a confirmed booking is non-refundable.
